Called Service Today on a Friday around 2 PM and Ritchie the plumber called almost immediately. I am getting a new Rinnai hot water heater and the current plumbing situation would not work. He and his colleague came out within an hour, decided what needed to be done and I gave the okay. They were done in about 40 minutes; they were fast, efficient and did a nice job on the plumbing setup; it was like a work of art compared to what was there. They were not inexpensive but it was well worth the money to have this done in a timely manner.
Travis White did a great job setting up my electrical needs in my radio room. Was helpful, polite and basically did a very high caliber of work I can count on. This reflects well on the type of service pro tech I expect to handle my specific needs both timely and in execution. I'll request him again in future.
Jack was very pleasant to deal with. He was here very quickly after my call was placed and he called me 20 minutes out to let me know he was on the way. The job was done very quickly and efficiently and no mess. I would call Jack any day to come back in and do work for me.
We had our sewer line backing up in our brand new home. Our plumber John took the time to finally diagnose our problem correctly. Tyler confirmed with pipe camera that our sewer line was clogged with roots and dirt. Great job by both men. No more flood in our master bath. Highly recommended!
